Booking Information

How to get started:

During the open booking period, visit audreysmarttattoos.com and submit your request through my tattoo request form. There will be prompts to enter information about your tattoo idea.

 

Booking Periods:

My books open 2-3 times a year, and this is when new or current projects are accepted. During open booking periods, all tattoo requests are reviewed. Please note that I take on projects that spark interest and fit within my style and criteria of tattooing. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, I will not be able to take on every project. Chosen projects will receive a response within 2-3 weeks.

 

If you do not receive a response, or your tattoo request has not been accepted, please know I sincerely appreciate your interest. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Consultations & Appointments:

Once your project has been accepted, via email we will set up a time for us to chat in-person on my designated consultation day. If you are out of state/live too far away, you can opt for a phone call. During your consultation we will discuss the ideas laid out in your submission, and book your appointment (or series of appointments for larger projects).

 

Tattoo appointments will be booked on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays.

Pricing Information:

For projects that have been accepted, a $180 retainer is required to book. This is a non-refundable payment due at the time of your consultation and will come off of the total cost of your tattoo. 

 

Tattoo rates are as follows:

Hourly rate: $180/hour + tax

 

Most projects call for a 4-6 hour timeframe (per session for larger projects such as sleeves)

 

Cash is preferred, but Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle may also be accepted.

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation:

Cancellations, at any point, or failing to appear for your scheduled appointment, will result in forfeiture of your retainer fee. In all circumstances, we encourage rescheduling. Each session may be rescheduled once, with a minimum 72-hour notice required; otherwise, the retainer fee will be forfeited. 

 

Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late for their appointment with no prior notice will have their session considered canceled. 

To reschedule, a new retainer fee will be necessary.

Please note that retainers are valid for one year, and a new project/session must be scheduled within that timeframe.

 

Designs:

All designs will be presented the day of the appointment. Minor alterations may be accommodated, and any major design changes may result in rescheduling. Some designs may require additional time to draw directly onto the body at the time of the appointment.

 

Day of the Appointment:

Please arrive at the start time of your appointment. We will be able to take bathroom, stretching, and snack breaks as needed. Snacks and beverages are available at our shop, and clients are encouraged to bring their own food & drink as well. 

Please do not arrive with numbing cream applied. The use of numbing cream may result in forfeiting your session and result in rescheduling.

- fantasy and mythological creatures 

- spooky occult imagery  

- fandom (movie, tv show, literary concepts)

- Open to other concepts within this realm

 

Non-preferred subject matter:

- Tribal

- Geometric Designs

- Text/Lettering/Script

- Clocks/Compasses

- Cover-ups/reworks/add-ons

- Tiny Tattoos

- Logos/Album Art
